12. Payment Procedure
Harper’s finance department reviews all withdrawal request. AML documents must be submitted for any withdrawal. There is no fee relating to withdrawal by credit card.
When a withdrawal is requested, Harper may take up to 3 business days to process the withdrawal. When your application is approved please wait for 1 to 2 additional days before receiving funds in your account.
13. Deposit and Withdrawal
Harper’s finance department handles all withdrawals from the registered clients. Harper will ask you to provide ID documents and a valid telephone number in order to make a withdrawal. For withdrawals of over £1000.00 Harper are entitled to make the transaction via bank wire transfer. To verify your account and be able to withdraw capital you need to provide a copy of a valid passport or other official ID issued by authorities such as driver’s license or national ID. The ID must contain your full name, date of birth and an expiration date. In addition, you need to provide both a copy of the front and the back of the card you have used for the deposit with everything but the last 4 digits on the card blocked (including the CVV) and a valid recent utility bill up to 3 months old.
In order to be applicable for withdrawals clients must complete a 3x volume turnover requirement on their first initial investment period. As an example, if your investment in year 1 totals £1,000 you must complete £3,000 worth of trading volume (equivalent of 3 trades of £1,000) before accessing your capital. By signing up with Harper you agree to our withdrawal procedures.
Harper do not charge any fees based on the amount of capital under management or on the amount of activity you receive on your account. Fees are charged at 8.5% of your accumulative profit and are taken on the anniversary of your registration date.
